What Will You Enjoy Doing (duties/tasks)
  • Manage incoming orders and ensure proper setup of consignee information for delivery accuracy.
  • Process inbound receipts and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare inbound materials for quality inspection, verifying documentation and executing system movements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize order flow based on urgency, inventory needs, and inspection status.
  • Maintain security and proper use of all equipment and technology used in operations.
  • Report issues or discrepancies during order processing or receiving to leadership.
What You Need To Succeed (Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Attributes)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or administration is preferred.
  • Experience in administrative support, order processing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including WMS and SAP, is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
