Maharam is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, both domestically and internationally. Under general supervision, you will handle documentation, communication with forwarders, and ensure accuracy of freight paperwork.
You will coordinate quotes, imports/exports, and weekly consolidations, while reviewing invoices and resolving issues. This role reports to the Supervisor, Global Logistics and offers growth opportunities within a purpose-driven organization.

With general supervision, handle all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics regarding domestic and international shipment activities.
This position has contact with our Sales, Resource Management, Warehouse, Facilities, Samples, Credit and Product Management. Outside contacts encompass shipping companies, freight forwarders and Maharam International joint ventures and agents.
Additionally, there is contact with our clients purchasing and logistics personnel.
High School degree required; business school or college degree preferred.
Knowledge of International shipping logistics is required.

Compensation range for this role is $24.00 - $27.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
