Sycomp is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support our global logistics operations and strategic customer programs. You will serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Customers, and Logistics Operations to ensure end-to-end shipment visibility and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in logistics or related fields, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes.

Sycomp is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our global logistics operations and strategic customer programs.

This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Sales Operations, Customers, and Logistics Operations, ensuring complete visibility and seamless coordination of shipments from initiation through final delivery. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex logistical challenges, excel at cross-functional communication, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive logistics management.

As the primary point of contact for shipment visibility and logistics coordination, you will play a key role in ensuring customer commitments are met while supporting operational excellence across Sycomp's global supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Provide end-to-end shipment visibility from shipment creation through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary logistics contact for Sales and Customer Account Teams.
• Respond promptly to shipment inquiries and delivery status requests.
• Communicate shipment milestones, delivery updates, and exceptions.
• Support customer escalations and service recovery efforts.
• Partner with strategic customer teams to ensure successful delivery execution.

Logistics Coordination

• Perform daily shipment tracking and reporting activities.
• Provide proactive customer communication and shipment updates.
• Manage logistics-related escalations and resolution activities.
• Monitor service levels and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution.
• Help maintain visibility across domestic and international shipments.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer service, or related fields.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams, sales organizations, or account management functions.
• Experience coordinating shipments and transportation providers.
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within technology, IT, or high-tech logistics environments.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and international shipping documentation.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
