In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving processes necessary to facilitate control panel manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
• Prepare shipments by assembling, packing, and labeling items appropriately.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Keep work area clean and organized to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Notify appropriate departments of outgoing shipments.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack.
