Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth movement of products between our facilities, 3PL partners, and customers. You will coordinate shipments, resolve logistics issues, and work with Warehouse, Customer Service, Inventory Control, and Transportation teams to keep orders moving efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associate degree or 3–5 years of logistics coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating transportation, freight, or warehouse logistics.
• Strong computer skills; Dynamics GP experience preferred.
• Experience with Transwide is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Enter outbound purchase orders into Microsoft Dynamics GP for transfers to 3PL facilities.
• Monitor in-transit inventory and ensure timely product movement.
• Confirm deliveries using Bills of Lading (BOL) and communicate updates to Inventory Control and Order Processing.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies with 3PL providers.
• Manage freight appointments through the Transwide portal.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with carriers and warehouses.
• Review shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve shipping issues.
• Maintain excellent communication with internal departments and external partners.
• Assist with additional logistics and transportation projects as needed.
