Logistics Coordinator – First Quality Consumer Products

First Quality is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support carrier partner management and data analysis for our transportation team.

Responsibilities

• Administer new carrier setup process and coordinate maintenance of carrier documentation (CDA, MSA, rate tables, accessorial contracts, etc.).
• Maintain all master data for the SAP TMS application and perform rate loading activities.
• Develop carrier scorecards, standard review templates, and coordinate carrier reviews based on engagement and service levels.
• Analyze carrier tender rejections for trends, alternative sourcing opportunities, and problematic service lanes or carriers; provide suggestions to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Develop planner scorecards and review processes focusing on service, routing guide compliance, transactional activity, and value‑stream opportunities.
• Collect data and provide analytical support for project‑related functions.
• Backup transportation coordinators and monitor KPI tracking and analysis.
• Identify and develop continuous‑improvement cost containment opportunities for the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics, MIS, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with supply chain analytics.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and Access.
• Comfortable presenting information to senior management.
• Knowledge of SAP and transportation management system data.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed customer commitments.
• Strong data management, analytical, and database processing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, reasoning, and mathematical skills.
