Job summary

First Quality is seeking a Logistics Coordinator at our McElhattan, PA location to organize carrier data and support the execution team. You will manage carrier documentation, load rates in SAP TMS, and analyze performance to protect service levels for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Logistics or related field and 1–3 years of supply chain analytics experience, with strong Excel/Access skills and the ability to present to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel and Access; able to present to senior management.
• Familiarity with SAP and Transportation Management data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer carrier setup and maintain carrier documentation such as CDA/MSA and rate tables.
• Maintain master data in SAP TMS and perform rate loading activities.
• Analyze carrier tenders, service lanes, and propose improvements with Logistics Supervisor.
• Develop and track carrier scorecards and KPI dashboards for ongoing reviews.
