Job summary

DP World is seeking an L2 Logistics Coordinator in Los Lunas, NM to manage customer orders, reports, and coordination across inbound/outbound operations. The role requires strong logistics knowledge, customer service experience, and proficiency with Excel and related tools.

You will collaborate with control tower staff and internal teams to ensure timely order processing, inventory alignment, and KPI achievement, while adapting to a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.

• Logistics or planning customer service experience with ability to build relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Advanced proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook; emphasis on Excel features like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic, stress-prone environment and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations and numerous daily reports across customer orders.
• Build close working relationships with Key Account control tower staff to understand and service daily requirements.
• Ensure weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Apply scheduling, planning and coordination to support inbound/outbound operations.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Process order setup via internal systems including EDI feeds or manual entry.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI and inventory targets.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Handle customer queries, escalations & a large volume of day to day reports through the life cycle of customer orders.
• Build a close working relationship with the Key Account control tower staff staffing through understanding their day to day business requirements and servicing accordingly.
• Ensure a large number of customer & carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time and with accurate content.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination activity to support product inbound and outbound operations.
• Ability to communicate both internally and externally with the customers and stakeholders.
• Process order set up via preferred internal system to include but not limited to EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and help monitor and ensure proper inventory levels per customer expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship with the customer and handle problem resolution in timely manner.
• Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge with strong emphasis on Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Table is a plus) used for tracking and analysis.
• Ability to adapt and work in an ever changing, stress induced changing environment.
• Ability to multiitask effectively
