Job Overview

Position Description Summary: Responsible for shipment scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, and tracing. Coordinate freight claims, provide rate quotes, rate analysis, monitor carrier quality standards, and provide customer service.

What Will You Enjoy Doing (duties/tasks)

• Create scheduling and shipment planning
• Interface with Transportation organization and analysts
• Prepare rate proposals for customers
• Determine most appropriate carriers based on company policy
• Ascertain delivery requirements based on company policy

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $26.00 an hour, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits package includes paid time off and paid sick time in the first year, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, and more as described in our benefits guide. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, performance, geography, and internal equity. Benefits may be subject to waiting periods and other terms and conditions.
