Trucare in Bermuda Dunes, CA is seeking an Entry Level Logistics Coordinator to join our on-site team in a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment. You will help coordinate deliveries, track shipments, and maintain inventory records to support patient care and hospital operations.

This role offers an hourly pay range of $30 to $36 and an opportunity to gain foundational experience in logistics, supply chain, and vendor communication, with room to grow within a mission-driven healthcare

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Little to no prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management or logistics software is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required by the role.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of deliveries and supply shipments.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock level monitoring.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to resolve delivery issues.
• Process purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
• Support internal departments with logistics requests and supply needs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and handling requirements.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Maintain organized records of shipping, receiving, and logistics activities.
• Respond promptly to urgent supply requests and time-sensitive deliveries.

Trucare is seeking an Entry Level Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bermuda Dunes.
