Job summary

Luna Innovations in Chino, CA is seeking a Logistics Clerk (I, II, or Senior) to support receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations on-site. Work hours are afternoon-focused (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with duties spanning material handling, staging, and movement to production lines.

You will maintain stock locations, process cycle counts, use MRP-like systems, and coordinate with carriers. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn; a high school diploma

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and an MRP or inventory system such as NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming shipments: verify counts, inspect condition, and match deliveries to POs and packing slips.
• Preparing outgoing shipments: packing, labeling, shipping docs; coordinate with carriers.
• Picking, staging, and delivering materials to production lines to support build schedules.
• Operating material handling equipment (pallet jacks or forklifts; certification provided as needed).
• Organizing stockroom/warehouse locations; labeling, location accuracy, and holds.
• Tracking work-in-process and finished goods; movement of demo units and inter-department transfers.
