Luna Innovations Incorporated in Chino, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist with team-lead responsibilities for our manufacturing site. This on-site role owns inventory control end to end and leads the logistics team day to day.

You will perform cycle counts, investigate root causes, maintain min/max and reorder points, manage lot/serial/expiration tracking, and support audits while partnering with Purchasing, Planning and Quality.

Formación

• 2+ years in inventory control, materials management, or a related manufacturing support role.
• Hands-on experience with cycle counting, root-cause reconciliation, and ERP inventory transactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own inventory control end to end and lead the logistics team daily.
• Perform scheduled/ad hoc cycle counts and manage count strategy.
• Reconcile discrepancies and investigate root cause rather than just correcting counts.
• Maintain min/max, reorder points, and monitor forecasts to flag stockouts or excess.
• Support audits and coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, and Quality.
