Job summary

Walmart in Whitestown, IN is seeking a detail-oriented supply chain clerical associate to handle data entry, filing and general administrative duties. You'll coordinate receiving with docks, release loads to carriers and maintain accurate inbound trailer information across systems.

The role focuses on clerical tasks with opportunities to improve processes and support transportation teams. Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM, with comprehensive benefits and performance incentives at Walmart.

Qualifications

6 months experience in Walmart Supply Chain clerical related responsibilities using computer applications or 1 year’s experience in clerical related responsibilities using computer applications.
Proficiency with data entry and multiple computer systems.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers, suppliers and associates.

Responsibilities

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing e.g. customers supplier's associates.
Coordinates receiving process with docks and releases loads to the carriers.
Provides administrative support by performing general clerical duties e.g. filing keying faxing entering data and extracting data from multiple systems.
Ensure inbound trailer information is accurate by entering editing and or removing trailer information in the system and creating updating and sending appointment schedules to carriers.
