Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Logistics Center Selector in Avon, OH to safely pick and assemble products, load/unload from inbound containers, and support value-added services for customer orders. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, good math skills, and the ability to operate a motorized pallet jack.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and use work order systems.
• Able to operate a motorized pallet jack.
• Demonstrate basic safety for powered equipment.
• Strong math and counting skills.
• Professional and dependable work ethic.
• High school or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, sort, and assemble orders from inbound containers and warehouse locations.
• Perform basic Value-Added Service tasks to customer orders as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Logistics Center.
• Follow safety procedures and productivity standards.
• Log into LM codes and follow radio frequency scanning procedures.
• Cycle count locations as directed by supervisor.
