Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC, a leading adhesive tape manufacturer, is seeking a Selector for our Avon, OH facility to safely pick and assemble customer orders. The role requires operating a motorized pallet jack, following exact picking procedures, and performing value-added tasks as needed.

You will help maintain a clean and safe logistics center and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and high productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math and counting.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a motorized pallet jack and follow safety rules.
• Pick, sort, and segregate material from containers and racks.
• Assemble orders and perform basic value-added tasks as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized logistics areas and follow procedures.
• Log into LM codes and follow radio-frequency scanner instructions.
• Cycle count locations and ensure accuracy and productivity.
