KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG in Auburn, MA is seeking a Shipping Logistics Center Associate I to join our onsite team.

You will process orders, package products, and prepare shipments while upholding safety and quality standards; the role operates Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM and requires a dependable, team-oriented approach. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in warehousing or shipping, basic computer skills, and the ability to use a pallet jack.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of warehouse, shipping & receiving, logistics, or dock experience.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard office equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures and directions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and shipments using SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Accurately package products according to KARL STORZ shipping and quality standards.
• Prepare and process shipments through various carriers using computers and scanning devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 6S standards and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and supporting assigned improvement initiatives.
• Support material handling activities and operate a manual pallet jack as needed.
• Cross-train on additional shipping and logistics processes and assist with other departmental tasks as assigned.
