The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist to lead the operation of automated logistics systems, ensuring material flow and production efficiency. You will oversee conveyors, elevators, shuttle cars, and robots in the Materials WH area, maintaining logistics equipment and warehouse software like WMS and SAP.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate maintenance, and work with cross-functional teams to minimize operational impact while supporting the LEGO

Qualifications

• Experience in managing automated equipment and logistics software to drive efficiency and innovation in operations.
• Experience in Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, or Software Projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of automated logistics equipment to meet production plans and quality.
• Manage warehouse software systems (WMS/SAP/COMBI/AGV/AL/ETTRIC/TGW).
• Monitor and confirm warehouse processes for material integrity and delivery.
• Optimize material flow and apply contingency plans to minimize production impact.
• Coordinate maintenance and collaborate with departments to reroute flow during disruptions.
