Job summary

Carvana is hiring for an entry-level loader/stagging role focused on inventory. You will stage vehicles, log locations with handheld scanners, and perform inspections to ensure quality and safety. This position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Training and growth opportunities are offered. In this role you’ll work on-site with a team, support inbound/outbound transport, and help maintain orderly lots while complying

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a computer and company-issued tablet/mobile devices.
• Ability to work as a team player and interact professionally with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location.
• Receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot per processing and safety standards.
• Perform multi-point inspections and complete inspection reports accurately.
• Meet processing and quality standards consistently.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas and safely operate company vehicles.
• Fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
