Job summary

Carvana is seeking an individual contributor to stage and prepare inventory vehicles for transport and direct delivery. You will use handheld scanners to log locations, receive and stage vehicles, and perform inspections to ensure quality.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to work in varying weather and schedules. Company benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401K, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to operate a computer and company tablet/mobile devices.
• Team player and able to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Able to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Log vehicle locations with handheld scanners and troubleshoot inventory locations.
• Receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on‑lot to standards.
• Perform multi‑point inspections and complete inspection reports.
• Meet processing and quality standards consistently.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas and operate company vehicles safely.
• Assist with fueling inventory vehicles as needed.
