Job summary

Carvana is seeking an inventory staging specialist to prepare vehicles for inbound and outbound transport and direct delivery. This role focuses on accurate logging, staging, and inspection of inventory, while maintaining clean lots and adhering to safety standards.

The position requires working with scanners, computers/tablets, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions. Great candidates will demonstrate teamwork, flexibility with schedules, and a customer-service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with computers/tablets.
• Able to work as a team and interact with customers and coworkers.
• Able to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations.
• Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot.
• Perform multi-point inspections and complete inspection reports.
• Consistently meet processing and quality standards.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas.
• Safely operate company-owned vehicles.
• Fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
