Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Logistics Associate – Shipping Focus to support outbound material flow and ensure compliant shipping documentation. The role includes cross-training across receiving, warehouse, and kitting operations in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will prepare outbound shipments, verify labels, perform SAP transactions, and use RF scanning to track materials. On-site work with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule initially, transitioning to a 12-hour day shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience using SAP or similar systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and shipping processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of GMP, safety, and quality requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, including final product and sample shipments.

Job Title: Logistics Associate – Shipping Focus

Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site)

As a Logistics Shipping Associate at our Portsmouth site, you will support daily shipping operations with a primary focus on outbound material flow. You will ensure materials are accurately prepared, documented, and shipped in compliance with cGMP standards to support manufacturing and customer needs. You will also cross-train across receiving, warehouse, and kitting functions to support a flexible and efficient team. This is a hands‑on role requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. This role follows an 8-hour shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday - Friday for the first couple of months and then will change to 12 hour Day Shift.
