Job summary

KBR’s Aviation & Ground Systems Directorate seeks an Associate Logistics Specialist to support our mission by tracking project equipment, maintaining records, and preparing lifecycle documentation for parts and supplies. You will work in a collaborative team environment and contribute to ensuring contract deliverables are met with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfort with hot, humid environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen, able to pass background check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in hot, humid environments.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field with no experience; or at least 8 years progressive experience in a related field and a High School Diploma.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inventory project equipment and tools.
• Maintain equipment records.
• Prepare and maintain lifecycle records for parts and consumable supplies.
• Prepare parts requests.
• Other logistics duties as assigned.
