Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I in Beloit, WI to support shipping, receiving, inventory and warehouse operations. You will ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time, in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

This hands-on role offers growth in logistics systems, 5S practices, and collaboration with customer service, production, and packaging teams. High school diploma required; forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
• Previous plant or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using a scanner, stage and label for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and ensure safe handling of pallets.
• Verify quantities, labeling, and packaging against packing lists and SAP records.
• Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized picking area and support cycle counts.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and other duties as assigned.
