Job summary

Ecolab in Beloit, WI is seeking a Logistics Associate I to help pick, pack, and ship customer orders and support inventory control. You will operate scanners and basic warehouse equipment in a 7am–3pm shift with overtime when needed.

You will verify quantities, labeling, and packaging against packing lists and SAP records, while coordinating with production and customer service to ensure on-time fulfillment. This hands-on role supports safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous plant or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack onto pallets.
• Stage and label completed orders for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Verify quantities, labeling, and packaging against packing lists and SAP records.
• Maintain a clean, organized picking area using 5S principles.
• Support inventory control and cycle counts.
