Job summary

Carvana is hiring an individual contributor to stage and prep inventory vehicles for inbound and outbound transport and direct delivery. You’ll log locations with handheld scanners and ensure vehicles are organized and ready for processing.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean record, and comfort using tablets and company devices. This on-site role involves outdoor work in varying weather and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a computer and company issued tablet and mobile devices.
• Ability to work as a team and interact professionally with customers, managers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Able to work variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location.
• Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot consistent with processing and safety standards.
• Multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and accurately complete inspection reports.
• Consistently meet processing and quality standards.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas.
• Safely operate company-owned vehicles.
• Fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
