You'll learn freight brokerage principles, carrier relations, load management, and customer service while partnering with sales and carrier teams to ensure smooth freight movement and top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• No logistics experience required; full training provided.
• Entry-level role with exposure across operations, sales and support.
• Proactive, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn freight brokerage principles including carrier relations and load management.
• Support daily logistics operations: load tracking, scheduling, problem-solving.
• Partner with sales and carriers to ensure efficient freight movement and customer experience.
• Gain exposure to technology platforms and tools that drive logistics operations.
• Participate in a structured training program to build knowledge and confidence.
• Develop professional relationships with team members, customers and carriers.
