Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Logistics Associate for the Atlanta-Main facility. The role involves daily forklift inspections, operating attachments, and assisting with packaging materials while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will plan work, support changeover and startup/shutdown activities, and manage raw materials per SDS procedures. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are expected, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Forklift operator certification and capability.
• Detail-oriented with safety focus.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours.
• Ability to comply with OSHA & DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electric-powered forklifts daily and document results with proper paperwork.
• Support production by staging materials and moving packaging components.
• Report unsafe conditions via Hazardous Notification and correct issues.
• Perform safety checks on trailer loading and dock locking systems.
• Maintain forklift security and departmental tools in order.
• Plan and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Complete unloading/loading documentation per department procedures.
• Support Changeover, Startup/Shutdown processes to standards.
• Understand loading practices and warehouse layout to optimize space.
• Assist with weight distribution and carrier equipment as needed.
