Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a logistics associate in Tennessee to support the distribution of medicines and materials. You will assist with shipping, receiving, packing, storage and distribution to domestic and international locations, while delivering reliable customer service and maintaining Pfizer standards.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a safety‑minded approach. The role is on site with 1st shift and relocation support may be available.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Pfizer in executing logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, packing, storage and distribution of products, samples, and promotional materials to both domestic and international locations.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Act as a logistics facilitator to synchronize all aspects of the distribution process, meeting customer requirements and time constraints.
  • Develop skills in team effectiveness and communication, contributing to team goals.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  • High School Diploma or GED along with any years of experience

  • Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop solutions to routine problems

  • Experience in a structured environment with close supervision
  • Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Position might include Lifting, sitting, standing, walking, bending, ability to perform mathematical calculations and ability to perform complex data analysis.

In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
