Key responsibilities of this role include overseeing all warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations and personnel; maintaining inventory control systems; conducting inventory analysis; leading annual physical inventories and cycle count programs; managing tactical buying; participating in SIOP; driving daily expedite processes; monitoring and reporting key metrics; managing freight costs; implementing lean methodologies; supporting continuous improvement initiatives; ensuring ISO compliance; leading and developing the team; maintaining a safe working environment; and participating in planning meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing warehouse and logistics personnel
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, lean principles, and materials planning
• Certification in APICS, CLTD, or Lean Six Sigma (a plus)
• Experience with ERP/MRP, warehouse management, and logistics systems
