Summary
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring our products move seamlessly from our distribution center to our customers around the world. You will oversee domestic and international shipping processes, coordinate with carriers, audit export and shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Duties

  • Oversee domestic and export shipping orders to determine the best logistics solutions.
  • Schedule pickups with LTL (less-than-truckload) and dedicated carriers, ensuring timely deliveries according to customer requirements.
  • Support the warehouse team to resolve logistics challenges and ensure seamless shipment operations.
  • Provide critical logistics information to internal teams, ensuring products are pulled, prepared, and shipped on schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain export documentation, including USMCA documentation, duty drawbacks, and shipping documents.
  • Responsible for inspection of freight to ensure that it complies with vendor shipping requirements.
  • Manage transportation damage claims and respond to customer inquiries related to logistics and exports.
  • Work with sales and customer service teams to gather domestic and export freight quotes.
  • Ensure ITAR compliance and monitor export shipments to maintain regulatory standards.

Education And Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in domestic and international export shipping.
  • Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PC and email communication.
