Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide.
- Partner with leaders by strategically identifying business needs and proposing solutions aligned with the needs of members and providers.
- Requires contact center experience with in-depth Workforce Management expertise, especially in planning efforts.
- Ensure the right number of skilled resources are in place at the right time to handle workload.
- Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain data integrity and attention to detail; self-check for quality.
- Work well under pressure, multitask effectively.
- This is a regional role supporting multiple plans based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop templates and create complex formulas.
- Provide analytical insights into call handle time and volume to improve forecasts and plans.
- Maintain headcount/FTE requirements and coordinate with leadership for staffing adequacy.
- Identify coverage gaps, propose shift realignments, hiring plans, and predict work volume.
- Manage attrition capacity modeling, PTO planning, and HR activities.
- Measure performance using key metrics and align schedules to meet business needs.
- Update employee information in Workforce Management database to support data integrity.
- Coordinate with training teams to schedule employee training effectively.
- Generate production reports for leadership based on business requirements.
- Support system integrity for Workforce Management software and tools, reporting issues as needed.
Job Qualifications
Required Education
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience
3-5 years of relevant Workforce Management experience, with call center operations, processes, and analytics expertise.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in Workforce Management, call centers, and analytics.
Preferred Certifications
- Six Sigma Certification
- PMI Certification
- Business Analytics/Risk Management
- Workforce Certification
