- Develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide to meet business needs
- Analyze call handle time and call volume trends to improve forecasts and plans
- Maintain headcount and staffing requirements to support compliance regulations
- Identify gaps in coverage and propose shifts or realignments along with hiring plans
- Provide production reporting and support system integrity for Workforce Management software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies and call center operations
- Expert level understanding of service objectives and contact center analytics
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

- 5+ years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call centers
- Six Sigma Certification
- PMI Certification
