Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide.
  • Partner with leaders by identifying business needs and proposing solutions aligned with the needs of members and providers.
  • Requires contact center experience with in-depth Workforce Management expertise, especially in planning efforts.
  • Ensure the right numbers of skilled resources are in place at the right time to handle workloads.
  • Identify coverage gaps and propose solutions for optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain data integrity and attention to detail; self-check for quality.
  • Work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • This is a regional role supporting multiple plans based on business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Develop templates and create complex formulas.
  • Analyze trends related to call handle time and volume to improve forecasts.
  • Maintain headcount/FTE requirements and collaborate with leadership on staffing and compliance.
  • Identify coverage gaps, propose shift realignments, and plan hiring based on work volume predictions.
  • Manage attrition capacity, PTO planning, and HR activities.
  • Measure performance against key metrics and align schedules accordingly.
  • Update employee data in Workforce Management systems to support data integrity.
  • Coordinate with training teams to optimize training schedules.
  • Provide leadership with production reports based on business needs.
  • Support system integrity for Workforce Management software and tools, reporting issues as needed.
Job Qualifications
Required Education

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

3-5 years of relevant Workforce Management experience, with call center operations and analytics expertise.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

5+ years of Workforce Management experience in call centers.

Preferred Certifications
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • PMI Certification
  • Business Analytics/Risk Management
  • Workforce Certification
