Job Overview

This role involves developing and deploying workforce management strategies nationwide, partnering with leaders to identify business needs, and proposing solutions aligned with the needs of members and providers. It requires contact center experience with in-depth Workforce Management expertise, focusing on planning efforts. The role ensures the right skilled resources are in place at the right times, identifies coverage gaps, and proposes solutions to optimize outcomes. Attention to data integrity, detail, and the ability to work under pressure and multitask are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop templates and create complex formulas for workforce planning.
  • Analyze trends related to call handle time and volume to improve forecasts.
  • Maintain headcount/FTE requirements and collaborate with leadership to ensure staffing adequacy.
  • Identify coverage gaps, propose shifts or realignments, and plan hiring based on work volume predictions.
  • Manage attrition capacity, PTO planning, and HR-related activities.
  • Measure performance against key metrics and set schedules to meet business needs.
  • Update and maintain employee data within Workforce Management systems.
  • Coordinate with training teams to optimize training schedules.
  • Provide production reports to leadership based on business needs.
  • Support system integrity for Workforce Management software and related tools.
Qualifications

Required Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience: 3-5 years in Workforce Management, with call center operations experience and understanding of contact center analytics.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in Workforce Management with call centers.

Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, Workforce Certification.

Additional Information

This is a regional role supporting multiple plans based on business needs. The position is full-time, mid-senior level, within the management and manufacturing job functions in the healthcare industry. Salary range: $21.16 - $42.20/hour.
