Job Description

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Logistics Analyst supporting our Forward Repair Activity on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. You will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter by analyzing, organizing, planning, and administering day‑to‑day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and repair activities. Your work will involve demand forecasting, material procurement, production planning, inventory control, cost savings, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution. You will create integrated processes among internal functions and external suppliers, and develop logistics policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support customer logistics requirements through analysis, organization, planning, and administration of day‑to‑day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Manage data input through the Logistics Information Systems (LIS), currently utilizing Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS‑A).
• Handle purchasing, shipping, transportation, inventory, warehousing, production control, and delivery activities.
• Oversee the full order cycle for movement goods or supplies, from common consumer goods to military supplies.
• Ensure contract/company vehicles and equipment are maintained, serviced, and defect notifications are handled promptly.
• Plan and manage logistics, inventory, transportation, and customer services while complying with local and federal laws, military regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Ensure the timely delivery of products to the correct location.

Qualifications

• B.A. or equivalent with 3 years of related experience (one year of military experience may substitute for one year of academic requirements).
• Extensive knowledge and certifications in GCSS‑A, Procurement Management, Asset Management, Transportation and Shipping Management, including Production Control Management.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep detailed records, and manage several projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in stock control and asset management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in hostile and austere environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Active U.S. government SECRET clearance.
• Current U.S. passport with more than two years remaining before expiration and at least four blank consecutive pages for VISA stamps.
• Ability to pass CRC to deploy and work a 48‑hour workweek.
