Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks a Logistician to support daily shipping and receiving operations, data analysis, and process improvements. You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, prepare documents, and track orders with site personnel and carriers to ensure safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and fleet support activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience and knowledge of FAR/CFAR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or
• Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze shipping/receiving data and metrics using Microsoft Office and Power Platform to track performance and drive improvements.
• Report status in meetings with site and corporate partners and issue reports as needed.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipping/receiving activities including documentation, order tracking, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Engage with internal customers to understand needs and adjust plans to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Perform daily fleet support activities, vehicle checks, and coordinate vehicle services.
• Plan maintenance and inspections to ensure fleet readiness and safety, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
