Job summary

First Division Consulting is seeking a Logistics Analyst III to coordinate and manage logistics operations for DoD contracts, supporting materiel fielding and medical liaison programs. The role involves planning events nationwide, ensuring contract alignment, and delivering accurate program data and documentation.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or higher, 5+ years of military-focused experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or HS Diploma and equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a military environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute life-cycle management reviews and impact assessments.
• Provide planning support, including analysis and updates to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support planning and management of projects to meet contract goals.
• Assist senior program managers with performance tracking and reporting.
• Monitor execution to ensure adherence to standards and objectives.
• Apply PM methodologies to achieve objectives across efforts.
• Deliver comprehensive information management and documentation support.
• Maintain program information and artifacts across the full life cycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and prepare documentation for Government delivery.
• Engage with military customers to support Integrated Teams.
