Amentum is seeking a logistics support specialist to perform a variety of tasks across logistics elements and to prepare reports for a customer logistics area manager. The role includes research, problem analysis, and routine drafting of correspondence and charts.

Responsibilities include maintaining logistics plans, policy documents, and assisting with tests/evaluations. Travel may be required, and security clearance could be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field with at least 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent.
• Good communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Perform logistics support tasks across multiple logistics element areas.
• Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports for assigned logistics elements.
• Research, analyze problems, and determine requirements with minimal supervision.
• Review reports, technical papers, drawings, specifications, procedures, and assist with test/evaluations.
• Supervise and train entry-level personnel in the technical aspects of assigned work.
