Amentum is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Elkridge, Maryland, with occasional travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground. The role focuses on logistics analysis for military clients, leveraging experience with warehouse operations and the Army Supply System.

Responsibilities include overseeing all logistics aspects of the contract, reporting on quality checks, and coordinating fielding, training, and asset shipments. A U.S. passport and active security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 10+ years of logistics analysis experience, or a high-school diploma with 12+ years.
• Experience in integrated logistics support and related areas like provisioning, inventory control, and logistics IT systems.
• Experience planning and support of tactical/electronic/mechanical systems.
• Must have a valid U.S. passport; occasional travel up to 25% to support test events and fielding.

Responsabilités

• Prepare documents for shipping and receiving.
• Perform functional tests of all systems received for quality purposes.
• Warehouse management, receipt, inventory, and storage of equipment with automated reporting.
• Prepare status reports reflecting quality checks and weekly activity reports.
• Provide oversight for all logistic aspects of the contract, including fielding and training support.
• Monitor field support efficiency and advise on co-use of personnel.
• Perform system life-cycle cost analysis and component studies.
• Coordinate planning and execution of training across programs.
• Stay informed of logistics technology advances and government policies.
• Support assembly, staging, and warehousing activities including GFP handling and asset shipments to CONUS/OCONUS.
