Job summary

ERP International is seeking a Logistics Analyst II with Secret Clearance for full-time work at Fort Detrick, MD, to support PM Soldier Medical Devices Material Fielding missions.

Responsibilities include fielding mission support, inventory management, and coordination with gaining units, with frequent travel expected. Candidates should have an associates degree or equivalent experience and at least 1 year of relevant logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• 1+ years relevant experience; valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to PM-SMD Fielding Missions.
• Execute Pre-Fielding Mission Requirements for on-site and remote missions.
• Conduct and provide technical guidance for de-processing, staging, inventory, and hand-off of material to gaining units.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies during hand-off.
• Prepare and complete inventory documentation ensuring accuracy for materiel accountability on supporting inventory records.
• Provide planning data and reports for specific tasks to be performed.
• Provide team representatives for meetings, briefings, conferences, and site surveys required in the planning of fielding actions with no more than 72 hours’ notice.
• Prepare and provide analysis and recommendations to improve fielding processes upon request.
• Execution of Post-Fielding Mission Requirements.
• Execute all Materiel Fielding missions efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory guidance.
• Perform frequent travel
• Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
