Job summary

Advanced Decision Vectors LLC in Alexandria, VA, seeks a Logistics Analyst II to support DSCA International Operations. This role is 100% on-site at DSCA in Arlington, VA, and requires an Active Secret clearance.

The candidate will work with DoD Security Cooperation programs, FMS processes, and staff coordination, reporting to the DSCA OPSGEX division. Requirements include 5+ years in DoD SC programs, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of DoD Security Cooperation international program experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience with DSCA, SCOs, or related organizations.
• Knowledge of tracking document statuses to meet suspenses and provide feedback to management.

Advanced Decision Vectors LLC ADV established in 2009 provides superior program management program support strategic planning and systems engineering to the Federal and Commercial sectors Located in Alexandria Virginia ADV is a Small Disadvantaged Business SDB contractor that has roots established in the Department of Defense and support agencies At ADV our company values are Integrity Distinction Experience and Achievement We are seeking a Logistics Analyst II to support the Logistics and Program Management Support Services to the Defense Security Cooperation Agencys DSCA International Operations Global Execution Division OPSGEX This office is directly involved in executing security cooperation programs and a large portion of DSCA execution activities involve Foreign Military Sales FMS cases and partner nation coordination This role supports DoD Security Cooperation SC and Foreign Military Sales FMS programs and is not related to commercial supply chain or warehouse logistics ADV was awarded as prime contractor through 2029 This role is 100 office based at DSCA in Arlington VAActive Secret clearance is required

Requirements

• Five 5 plus years of DoD Security Cooperation SC international programs or related policyprogram coordination activities
• Bachelors degree in business or other related field from an accredited institution
• Active Secret clearance
• Demonstrated experience working with the Security Cooperation community DSCA Combatant Commands SCOs or related organizations
• Knowledge in tracking the status of documents to include follow ups with action officials in order to meet suspenses and provide feedback to management if necessary
• Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales FMS processes LOA documentation or international defense program coordination preferred
• Understanding in drafting correspondence including letters memorandums coordination sheets background papers talking papers information papers read aheads and staff briefing sheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft MS Office Suite applications
