• Coordinate and track all inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delays or issues.
• Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Manage all aspects of international shipments, including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Prepare and review necessary international shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export declarations.
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations, including customs regulations, trade agreements, and sanctions.
• Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth clearance of goods through customs.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in international trade regulations and advise stakeholders on their impact.

Summary

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of international shipping regulations and documentation. The Logistics Coordinator will manage the entire shipping process, from initial planning and documentation to final delivery, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
