Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a qualified logistics professional to implement ELMS modules for USSOCOM SOF AT&L, coordinate PA, Warehouse, M/U and Materiel Management, and transition legacy systems to ELMS. The role requires extensive DoD logistics experience and active clearance, with on-site responsibilities in Tampa.

You will validate inventory transactions, manage master data, and collaborate with internal/external customers to optimize distribution and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum an associate degree; coursework in logistics management, supply chain or business-related field.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data handling.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to support ELMS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Implements USSOCOM SOF AT&L's ELMS modules including Inventory Control Point development and coordination of PA, Warehouse, M/U and Materiel Management implementations.
• Transits SOF customers from legacy systems to ELMS modules and sustains ELMS requirements.
• Validates and researches inventory transactions, executes data loads and data reconciliation for ELMS.
• Manages ELMS Master Data Table and ELMS catalogs; coordinates updates to SKO, location and asset data.
• Develops logistics strategies, assesses risk, and streamlines processes to keep programs on schedule.
• Coordinates logistics activities with internal and external customers and resolves issues with staff guidance.
