Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support logistics operations across four USCIS regions and 130 ASC locations. You will drive procurement metrics, inventory control, and property management while ensuring policy compliance and safety standards.

The role requires 4+ years in procurement, an Associate’s degree, and strong Excel skills. You will coordinate with site teams, manage audits, and assist in relocations, with opportunities for cross-site collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 4 yrs of procurement experience, including property and supply procurement functions.
• Associate’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement metrics and create dashboards for leadership to drive decisions.
• Monitor purchasing activities to ensure expeditious fulfillments and proper AP coding.
• Review, verify, and reconcile invoices against contracts, POs, and delivery records to prevent overpayments.
• Maintain master inventory records for all sites and manage disposal per regulations.
• Coordinate quarterly property inventory audits and update inventory records.
• Assist in site relocations and expansions with Facilities and regional managers.
• Initiate RFQs/RFPs to Corporate GSCM buyers.
• Ensure adherence to Amentum policies and USCIS/GSCM procedures.
