Job summary

ManTech seeks a motivated Logistics Analyst to join our team at the Hanover, MD location within the Secure Supply Chain Management Framework. Responsibilities include inventory management, equipment catalog maintenance, asset reporting, and shipping/receiving of gear.

Minimum qualifications: 2+ years in logistics, proficiency with MS Office, data entry for supply and inventory, and experience documenting purchases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with receipt, accountability, stocking and inventory of electronic equipment.
• Experience with data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition and inventory purposes.
• Experience with recording purchase request documentation for acquisition from vendors.
• Able to maintain records to account for items shipped (database & paperwork).

Responsibilities

• Experience providing receipt, accountability, stocking and inventory of electronic equipment and components.
• Experience with data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition and inventory purposes.
• Experience with recording purchase request documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
• Able to maintain records to account for items shipped (database & paperwork).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Handheld Scanner experience.
• Experience working in ServiceNow.
• Experience performing logistics functions in a cleared environment.
• Database design / MS Excel proficiency.
• Technical writing
• Experience in Jira system

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to move and lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
