Job summary

MANTECH in Springfield, VA seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Analyst/All Source Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA.

Responsibilities include researching intelligence threats to supply chains, analyzing worldwide threats, coordinating with the SCRM PMO, and conducting threat assessments of software and commercial entities to identify foreign influence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in debriefings, open-source exploitation, digital media exploitation, collection requirements.
• Experience in intelligence analysis and production: creating analytical products, intelligence information reports, source-directed requirements, threat briefings, RFI responses.
• Experience analyzing economic, environmental, and political organizational strategies, investments, and structures.
• Experience with intelligence tools such as DataXplorer, Proton, Voltron, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, FADE, MIST or similar.
• Ability to navigate and assimilate data across OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT databases to present a cogent intelligence picture.
• Experience developing clear, complex analytical products tailored to specific customer audiences with minimal supervision.

• Conduct Software Whitelist Assurance Process analysis. Review software and conduct threat assessments of commercial enterprises and certain officers prior to integration to identify foreign ownership, control and influence.
• Conduct Company Threat Assessments. Identify commercial connections to foreign threats to all missions and systems.

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience preferred (a degree in a relevant field may be counted 4 years’ experience).
• Joint Duty Assignment such as J2, Joint-Intelligence Operations Centers, COCOMs, or IC-billets.
• Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal CI elements.
• Counterterrorism Analysis Course, DIA/JMITC, or equivalent training
• Identity Intelligence Analytical Applications (I2A2) Course or equivalent training
• Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course, DIA/JMITC or equivalent training

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain/maintain a Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with team members.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
