Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a logistics professional to support the IST Sustainment Contract and lifecycle management of programs in a government-facing role. You will ensure procurement, tracking, and timely delivery of components while leveraging data analytics to monitor performance.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders and experience in logistics elements, with familiarity to DHS/DAWIA standards preferred. On-site work in Arizona with cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Experience in most of the major logistics element areas.
• Preferred familiarity with DHS or DAWIA logistics certification.

Job description

• Ensure the purchase, tracking, and timely delivery of necessary components and data analytics
• Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) input to develop new system requirements
• Collect, monitor, and track deployed system performance
• Develop plans and metrics for maintenance and repair requirements
• Identify and help resolve operating and support deficiencies
• Collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative

Requirements

• High School or GED required
• Experience in most of the major logistics element areas
• Previous work with CBP’s Integrated Systems (IST), Remote Video Surveillance Systems (RVSS), and/or Mobile Systems portfolios preferred
• DHS or DAWIA logistics certification desired
• Ability to pass a government background investigation
• Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and SharePoint
