Panduit is seeking a Logistics Analyst to drive end-to-end supply chain performance across planning, sourcing, manufacturing and delivery. The role translates data into actionable insights to close performance gaps and deliver measurable business results.

You will work with multiple teams to optimize operations and lead strategic initiatives, applying best-in-class analytics to improve efficiency and service levels. Hybrid work option is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in supply chain.
• Proficiency with SQL, BI tools and ERP-related analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, source, make, and deliver products using data-driven analysis to drive actions.
• Lead strategic supply chain projects and support global initiatives.
• Improve service, cost, quality, and KPIs through continuous improvements.
• Tune Oracle parameters and perform SKU-level forecast reviews with Demantra data.
• Develop inventory strategies for new launches and discontinuations.

A Logistics Analyst plays a key role in driving end-to-end supply chain performance across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery. What You Will Do

• Plan, source, make, and deliver products while using data-driven analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Lead and execute strategic supply chain projects, serving as a subject matter expert to support global initiatives.
• Optimize service, cost, quality, and key performance metrics through continuous improvement and targeted supply chain solutions.
• Optimize Oracle system parameters and inputs to improve planning outputs; conduct SKU-level forecast reviews using monthly Demantra data.
• Represent Supply Chain in product lifecycle management and develop inventory strategies for new product launches and discontinuations

What You Will Bring

• Education: Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: 5-7 years in supply chain
• Knowledge & Skills: SQL, BO, Tableau, Transportation logistics/trade, Kaizen Events, LEAN, Excel, PowerBI

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000- $90,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
