Qualis LLC is seeking a Logistics Analyst to provide Materiel Release, Type Classification, and lifecycle logistics support to Army Aviation programs on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The Logistics Analyst will work closely with government leads and contractor personnel to manage and execute MR, TC, and logistics activities across multiple functional disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Army Materiel Release and Type Classification processes and a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years experience or equivalent (PhD +2, MS +4, AS +8, HS +11).
• Materiel Release experience preferred.
• DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Project/PowerPoint/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide MR, TC, and Logistics support to government leads.
• Manage daily tasks of a materiel release program.
• Coordinate MR Integrated Product Team activities, schedules, and compliance.
• Review MR-related documentation such as SOWs, PWS, and CDRLs.
• Support government stakeholders with safety, suitability, and supportability documentation.

Qualis LLC is seeking a Logistics Analyst to provide Materiel Release, Type Classification, and lifecycle logistics support to Army Aviation programs on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The Logistics Analyst will work closely with government leads and contractor personnel to manage and execute Materiel Release, Type Classification, and Logistics activities across multiple functional disciplines and organizational levels.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Army Materiel Release and Type Classification processes and a willingness to learn and develop their expertise in these areas. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can take initiative, manage assigned tasks and requirements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, review program documentation, and support government stakeholders. This position requires a highly organized, motivated professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of DoD and Army logistics processes.

• Provide SW/HW Materiel Release (MR), Type Classification (TC), and Logistics support to government leads
• Manage daily tasks of a materiel release program.
• Manage the administrative duties of the MR Integrated Product Team including, but not limited to, developing/reviewing schedules, charts, compliance matrixes and meeting minutes/action items
• Maintain the approved MR tracking system
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Modification Work Order (MWO) processes and support related technical and program meetings
• Assist with forecasting MR requirements based on ECP and MWO schedules
• Function as a member of the Configuration Control Board for MR
• Serve as an approver in TopVue for contractor deliveries, responsible for coordinating to ensure a complete review
• Review and provide input for MR related requirements for Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)
• Support and work with government leads to obtain safety, suitability, and supportability documentation.
• Execute the responsibilities/activities described within regulations, standards and guidelines that govern the MR process (AR 770-3, DA PAM 770-3 and related policies)
• Develop, coordinate, edit, and staff correspondence memorandums in accordance with AR 25-50.
• Review additional documentation such as Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Materiel Fielding Plan, Plan for Materiel Release, Demilitarization and Disposal Plan, Production Risk and Readiness Review, Basis of Issue Plan Feeder Data, Logistics Demonstration Reports, CDRLS, etc.
• Utilize Microsoft TEAMS for holding meetings, file sharing, and communication.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external team members by serving as a liaison between stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative tasks and various other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors +6 yrs experience required or PhD/+2, M/+4, A/+8, HS/+11
• Materiel Release experience preferred.
• A transferrable DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Teams.
