Celina Tent, Inc. in Celina, Ohio is seeking a Logistics Analyst to analyze transportation, inventory, and supply chain operations to improve cost, service, and efficiency.

You will work with logistics data, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization. You will support transportation planning, carrier management, and global shipment tracking, ensuring data integrity across systems and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations analysis.
• Experience with logistics reporting and KPI analysis preferred.
• International Logistics, Customs regulations, & Transportation Coordination experience a plus.
• Ocean Export Management knowledge beneficial.
• Manufacturing or consumer goods experience helpful.
• Familiarity with Berry Amendment, Buy American Act, HS codes a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Monitor freight spending, carrier performance, and service metrics.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate transportation routes, modes, and network performance.
• Analyze freight costs and recommend cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor carrier compliance, on-time delivery, and service levels.
• Support carrier sourcing, bid events, and contract analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within logistics operations.
• Standardize logistics processes and reporting procedures.
• Maintain and enhance logistics databases and reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy across logistics systems.
• Develop automated reporting solutions where feasible.
• Prepare and review customs and international shipping documentation; ensure compliance with import/export requirements.

Logistics Analyst

Celina Tent, Inc. (CELINA) is looking for a Logistics Analyst responsible for analyzing and improving transportation, inventory, and supply chain operations to support cost, service, and operational goals. This position uses logistics data, reporting tools, and process improvement methods to monitor performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support informed supply chain decisions. The Logistics Analyst also supports transportation planning, carrier management, global shipment tracking, customs documentation and compliance, and the accuracy of logistics systems and data.

In this role, you will:

Logistics Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Monitor freight spending, carrier performance, and service metrics.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Transportation Management

• Evaluate transportation routes, modes, and network performance.

Customs & Trade Compliance

• Prepare and review customs and international shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance with applicable import/export requirements.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to support timely clearance and delivery of global shipments.
• Support product classification, country-of-origin requirements, export controls, and other applicable trade compliance activities.
• Maintain required records, monitor regulatory changes, and identify or elevate potential compliance risks.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations analysis.
